Alan M. Weber
Vice President, Global Investment & Trade
Alan Weber is the Vice President, Global Investment & Trade at the Detroit Regional Partnership. Weber is responsible for the management and execution of the international and domestic economic development strategy and the overall project management and pipeline development for the DRP.
Weber has over fifteen years of economic development experience and extensive knowledge in the management and development of international attraction programming, specifically for the European and Asian markets. He travels globally extensively to attract investment to the region as well as present investment opportunities to international organizations. He is also responsible for the creation of international development seminars for global companies looking to enter the North American Market. Weber has traveled to Japan over thirty times to work with Japanese companies as well as build a cultural bridge between Michigan and Japan.
Weber has had the pleasure of working for Oakland County's economic development corporation, City of Novi, as well as many like economic development organizations both in Michigan and Florida. Weber serves as a board member on the Michigan Economic Development Association and the Greater Detroit Foreign Trade Zone, as well as mentoring at Oakland University's Business Scholars Program. He holds degrees from both Oakland University and the University of Michigan and currently completing his doctorate in organizational leadership at Oakland University.

Christopher Stevens is the Founder and President of TRI K LTD. TRI K was found in 2010 to assist companies looking to penetrate the North American market. Christopher is fluent in Japanese and has significant cross-cultural experience having lived and worked in Japan for almost 5 years and worked internationally for 30 years.
Utilizing his international experience, specifically between North America and Japan, Christopher has significant experience in the areas of market entry strategy development, business development, sales, marketing and strategic partnership development. Christopher has a successful track record of representing companies both as a direct employee and through contract representation.
Prior to launching TRI-K LTD in 2010, Christopher held various positions in both North America and Japanese multi-national companies. Industries worked in include Automotive (manufacturing equipment, component sales/ marketing, program management and import/export) Trading (Shosha), Supply Chain and Hospitality.
Outside of the work environment, Christopher is active in his community and church, enjoys mentoring youth, volunteering, playing tennis and golf and is always looking for an opportunity to travel to new locations with his wife, Amy.

Scot Lindemann brings with him more than 30 years of leadership in Automation and Robotics, he has served in various leadership roles where he was instrumental in helping achieve record growth.
Scot’s passion for intelligent automation, leadership development and customer service supports Mission Design & Automation as they continue their successful growth. Beyond his time working on the industrial automation integrator front, he has also been active in FIRST Robotics and has been a member of and served as a Director for the Robotic Industries Association (RIA).
Scot is also one of a limited number of recipients of FANUC’s President’s Circle award. According to FANUC, “This most prestigious award recognizes individuals whose long-term commitment, technical, sales and marketing contributions, and industry leadership have resulted in record-breaking sales and robotic industry growth.”
